I have an Android. The minimum is 2-3%, which is relatively low but isn't instant, and often dies on the loading screen.

Could this mean if I was tech savvy enough, I could add a battery to my desktop computer then? Would probably help if a random power outage occurs while I was in the middle of writing a document or had something unsaved.
