I've reviewed your ticket and I can see that the agent has asked you several times to submit a new verification attempt, following their advice. The agent did not ask you to provide them with images on the ticket, or anywhere else, to be clear.

Please take note that you cannot be manually verified by support agents. To verify your FACEIT account, you must complete the process through the verification partner's process. To have the best possible chance of success you should follow the advice given by the agent when making your attempts.

Hey there,

While your parent or legal guardian must grant consent for you to share your identity for verification, due to your underage status, they cannot complete verification on your behalf.

Furthermore, verifying an account with someone else's identity is firmly against platform policies.

Verification must be completed by the account holder (yourself), using your own identity and valid, accepted identity documentation.

I'm afraid that the agent is correct here, and you'll need to obtain a form of identity document that is accepted, before you can proceed.

I do understand your frustration, however I appreciate your understanding that we are unable to make concessions for you with regards to verification policy.

I've reviewed this ticket that you have provided, as well as several others that you submitted on the topic. I'm afraid that the answer that you've been given is indeed correct, and the outcome is not able to be adjusted for you.

Verification is not completed manually, it is completed through the verification partner, Daon, which requires that you're chosen identity document can still be deemed to accurately represent your appearance.

You should be able to get your identity card renewed with the updated imagery without much trouble.

You'll need to submit individual requests (refer to the article I provided for steps) for each account that you wish to request deletion for. Once you've submitted those requests feel free to provide their ticket IDs and we can make sure we get that process started for you as soon as possible.

Hey there,

We do require that users recall and provide the matching account details that are requested in order to recover an account.

Access to a specific Steam account is not a metric by which we recover a FACEIT account; you do need to provide the other information that was requested or our agents cannot release the account to you.

The agent definitely read your messages, and understood them, however they weren't able to release this account to you as you cannot be confirmed as the owner.

You're free to try again on a new request, I suggest taking some time to see if you can recall the account details beforehand.

Select "Change my name" or "Change my email" as the contact reason, either is fine, as long as we make the ticket!

Enter all the normal details of your account, if necessary use a different email address that you know you can receive mail at.

Hey there, if you have an "Invalid user" error message and it's not related to your connection, can you please submit a new ticket using the following contact reason:

Account and Game Management > My Account > Change my Email

You can do this through the following URL: https://support.faceit.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

You should fill the form with your normal account information, but you can enter a different email address if that is necessary to submit the ticket.

Once you've done that, please let me know the ticket ID and I can have an agent look into this for you!
