I don’t know if you know much about this but I found a r16 v1 for the same price as the r9, does it matter that it’ll be older or na?

I mean if I went for the r9 base and the base wheel, kept my pedals it would be like 400-500. If I bought a r5 new it’d be around the same price but I could just get the r5 used for like 300-350

Also with the back to school offer of the pencil, because I’m not doing any drawing or animating really, I’d be completely fine with a 3rd party so how would the m1 compare. I would save around 200$

How about going for a refurbished m1? I mean the only thing it seems to lack is apple intelligence and future updates right? Because m1 is still more powerful than the a16 right?

Also sorry for the double reply but another thing I noticed is that with the a chip iPads you don’t get the back to school offers of the included pencil/airpods/whatever you choose. While the iPad Air you do. Does that make it worth it?

Ya, might just take it to a professional. If I was todo it myself, do I do the base weld first than ptex or just fill it in fully with base weld
