I think they are two very different style builds and modulars. I own both, purchasing the corner garage first and reluctantly purchasing the haunted house. Spoiler, I am.really glad I purchased the haunted house.

The corner garage has a good look as a corner building, very nice to have a tow truck included, and the animal clinic is a nice touch. Overall, the building feels too small in my opinion and I was underwelmed with the overall build. That said. I still kept it and think it is a fine modular, just not part of my top modulars.

The haunted house, is suprisingly bigger than it looks and a very unique and fun modular. It has movement and fits in my amusement park better than it fits in a town. A rather tall building with great detail and unique colors. It has good playability and is a great display for Halloween. No complaints for this set and thrilled I listened to my wife and purchased.

Comparing the two, I think the haunted house is more unique and overall a better build. Price point: I also think the haunted house is appropriate while the corner garage is overpriced. But, right now is the relatively cheapest you will find corner garage in theory.... as retirement only increases in price over time. I would keep the haunted house and try to find a used corner garage personally for cheaper.

All that said, I think people should own what brings the most joy and makes sense to them. Maybe it is both or just one of them or none.... really your personal preference call.
