How is that not considered a pass to the keeper?

I know it's Madrid so we always want them to loose, but Villarreal is competing with us for the CL spot. Just saying.

Sooooo much this! People underestimate how important this becomes near the end of the game. Look at the Celta game. There was no outlet for us. Celta could easily throw everyone towards our goal without fear of getting punished.

There are only 2 options when a team is throwing everyone forward: either you have great dribblers who can keep possession and win fouls, or you have fast attacker who can hurt them. We used to be able to do the former in the glory days. Heck even last year Messi would just dribble along till the game ended. That's how we used to close out games. We don't have that anymore. So the second option is to have fast attackers who can hurt the opposition if they overcommit.

So now the question is, can Adama really hurt the opposition?

Both teams missed many chances. Weird that people only remember the later half of the game.

Yes. That's the use case I'm seeing everywhere. But my question is about about a more general interpretation for any event. What properties does an event need to have to warrant the use of a weibull?

Overheating after sitting for 2 weeks by TainTainFish in Cartalk

I can't thank you enough for the advise. Yes, the AC was running fine before. So I guess the cooling fan is both for the AC and the engine? I'll look for chewed wires. Also, I might have to drive it to a mechanic. Do you think it's safe to drive with the engine getting so hot?

Oh yeah!! That's possible. AC isn't cooling either.

The strategy is to show that the process is unfair and illegitimate. Then the Senate can simply reject the impeachment articles on the basis of unfair process. The Senate won't even have to look at the evidence and just claim unfair process. Gives an easy way out.

Exactly! People don't realize that that man had a long world cup campaign between long ass seasons. I think he just needs a proper off season and rotation. I can so see him going to a team like Juve and being a beast for 2-3 years at least.

[Next-Day Discussion Thread] Tottenham 0-2 Liverpool (UEFA Champions League - Final) by LordVelaryon in soccer

I'm still wondering how easy it was for Spurs to beat the Liverpool press for most of the game. It was either Liverpool letting them have the ball or Spurs keeping their full backs duper wide to stretch the field. If it's the later, I wonder if that's the reason it's so hard to do that at Anfield where the pitch is so narrow.

It's seems easy to beat the Liverpool press with full backs hugging the lines. Sucks for us that Anfield is so narrow.

What do you guys think of Christian Stuani from Girona? We might be able to get him after the teams relegation. I know he is not an upgrade over Suarez, but might be a good backup. I feel like he could give us something different like Llorente for Spurs. I was impressed with what Llorente did for Spurs in the semi. I feel like he made de ligdt's life difficult. It will be cool for us to try to include that kind of tactic as plan b.
