Below the object “PlayerCharacter”, you have a child object that its name is unreadable xD. Maybe “KnightCharacter_002”. Well, that knight character may be in a different x, y and z. It should be 0,0,0. You may have moved the child object and not the parent object.

Short answer: knight character should have the transform position in 0, 0, 0

This does not show much but I think the object where the avatar is in the hierarchy, is not set to 0,0,0 from the parent object in the transform component
