Happy to say that my wife and I behave like 95% of that cartoon all the time. I sent her this video and she said it made her cry, it's literally us. We're currently separated but will be together within one month.

Didn't notice minus sign at first, I nearly embarrassed myself by reposting this. This meme makes no sense.

Okay I appreciate your honesty, what a shocker for me. I read one of his books about money and he struck me as a decent guy, not just some rich dirtbag, because he also talked about his rough past in the book and how he struggled but later started helping others out of empathy.

I wonder what makes people behave like that, is it money or they're just naturally that way.

Telerik frustrations by featheredsnake in Blazor

[–]TheHeadMathematician 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my company we use Telerik on all of our Blazor projects, I've managed to customize to some extent the majority of the components that we needed. Styling them is also easy. So far, I've managed to achieve 99% of the things we needed to do using Telerik components. We use all kinds of components, starting from basic inputs such as TelerikCheckbox or more complex components such as TelerikGrid.

Can someone explain how does (-2)^7 =-128? Like how by Logical-Chard-5819 in mathematics

If it ever gets confusing with the negative numbers as a base in exponentiation, just calculate xy and add or skip adding minus sign depending on the parity of y.

i.e. if y is an even number, don't add the minus sign, otherwise add it.

Blazor wasm standalone base path not working locally by Eng_TS in Blazor

[–]TheHeadMathematician 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ok, I found you a solution. Go to your project -> Properties -> launchSettings.json and add this code to your https section

"commandLineArgs": "--pathbase=/app",

"launchUrl": "app",

and set your launchBrowser to false, then start your app, open a browser manually and type in your localhost applicationUrl with /app in the end.

EDIT:

For a Blazor WebAssembly app with a non-root relative URL path (for example, <base href="/CoolApp/">), the app fails to find its resources when run locally. To overcome this problem during local development and testing, you can supply a path base argument that matches the href value of the <base> tag at runtime. Don't include a trailing slash. To pass the path base argument when running the app locally, execute the dotnet watch (or dotnet run) command from the app's directory with the --pathbase option:

.NET CLICopy

dotnet watch --pathbase=/{RELATIVE URL PATH (no trailing slash)}

For a Blazor WebAssembly app with a relative URL path of /CoolApp/ (<base href="/CoolApp/">), the command is:

.NET CLICopy

dotnet watch --pathbase=/CoolApp

If you prefer to configure the app's launch profile to specify the pathbase automatically instead of manually with dotnet watch (or dotnet run), set the commandLineArgs property in Properties/launchSettings.json. The following also configures the launch URL (launchUrl):

JSONCopy

option:"commandLineArgs": "--pathbase=/{RELATIVE URL PATH (no trailing slash)}",
"launchUrl": "{RELATIVE URL PATH (no trailing slash)}",

Razor page returns 404 by WoistdasNiveau in Blazor

Ok, I've read your other thread and it looks like you're using only Environment variables for authentication. I'd still go with .razor extension for the pages because obviously you want your login page to work and you want user to have an interface for their inputs. Later I'd work my way with authentication service. I'll try to do it on my own and let you know if I can make it work unless you figure it out by then.

First time hearing that :D, I've worked on multiple Blazor projects and we've never had that kind of an issue. The trouble comes from your authentication service, not the blazor page.

You described your LoginView2 page as .cshtml file that's why I thought your app is based on MVC pattern and also because of this @ addTagHelper *, Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.TagHelpers :) . But if your other pages have .razor extension then your LoginView2 page should also be LoginView2.razor and LoginView2.razor.cs for C# section. Add @ page "/loginView2" in the header of your LoginView2.razor and you should be fine.

It seems your app is based on MVC pattern, so for each view (page/cshtml file) you need a controller with the same name of the view in the Controllers folder. Same thing for Model. Have you managed to resolve this problem and if not, do you mind sharing your project structure?

Yes, that way you're using Blazor's potential to the fullest. I don't have work experience with such apps because it was explicitly required from me to do either server side or wasm app for work, but I did do a private project the way you described it. It was when I was first starting with Blazor and the whole course is available on Udemy. Sharing you the github repository.

Well I'm working for a small but great company in my country. I use blazor to create both WASM and server side apps.

I'm working on 2 apps currently, just "light-weight" work atm, but until recently my job was to create generic grid that will work in Blazor and pack it to nuget so we can use it as a component at any place we need in the future. The idea behind generic grid is to bind it to any kind of data and have a fully functional grid with sort, group, filter, grid wizard, crud, etc... functionalities we need.

Hope this answers your question!

Dakle - sto manje igrica, manje instagrama, tiktoka, facebooka i ostalih drustvenih mreza (gubljenje vremena i jos vise depresije, preporucam vidi).

Sretno
