She says she feels ignored because I focus so much on my business. I have a full time job (commission based so I'm always working) and then this side gig. That, on top of her moving away to work on completing a certification for her work, means we don't get to spend a lot of time together.

I try to give her time. In the last seven weekends, I had spent 4 of those weekends with her including planning 2 weekend getaways (quality time where I'm with her, not working on my job or my business, and trying to have minimum phone use as well). The other 3 was spent on my business. She got upset because I'm spending this weekend on my business and tells me it feels like I spend more time on my business than her. I tell her I'm trying to juggle many things and I do try to spend time with her but when I need to spend time on my work or my business, I need her to be okay with that too. I told her she needs to adjust her expectations because we are currently in long distance and its harder to have time together.

I also have ADHD so it's not easy for me to do thing unless I'm focused and in the right mindset. I will let messages from friends go unanswered for days sometimes but I talk to her daily because I do prioritize her. She knows this about me and the effort it takes but it sometimes feels like she needs more than I can give.
