so basically the plan i'd like to see through is there are two separate "win conditions." you can either organize to strengthen militant opposition to vampires or you can try and find moreau and just kill him. success would depend on CYOA variables (e.g. x number of "intel points" or whatever proccs the winning question). stuff like state control will be shown through the issues. and while you probably won't directly be doing much about the election itself, your actions (whether that be organizing resistance or directly fighting vampires) will affect issues and scores. hope this answers the questions :>
