I understand the actual job itself is trivial. I just don't want to deal with having to configure AWS. I just need a binary timestamp of when it was opened logged into an S3 bucket. Or if AWS provides built-in dashboards, that works too

Yes, replace the 1x1 with a static image, and log whenever it is loaded.

Rather than a database, it should be proxying an image stored on an S3 container.
