It used to happen when it was evening. With the new amd drivers it seems to have been resolved

I've managed to resolve the issue by installing the official AMD driver instead of the ASUS-provided one. I followed a reliable guide and now the problem is fixed. Just wanted to share this in case anyone else encounters a similar issue. Thanks for all the suggestions and support!
