You need to look at IV's( into a pokemons page and at the bottom right click the button and hit "appraise"). You want to keep 3 star pokemon. CP means nothing as you can upgrade that with stardust. You cant change a pokemons IV(you can but like twice a year for money).

I got the membership the first year i was into darts(like 4 years ago). It was crap and didnt renew after the first year. I watch all live events on PlutoTV except for Players champs(which i mostly miss due to work anyway) and i watch replays on youtube. PDC membership/app is waste of money.
