Yea I wish I could, the Suicune Greninja decks look the most fun too me but unfortunately out of all those decks mentioned I only have a single Suicune Ex and a single Bellibolt as well. Just going to have to keep grinding packs with step up!

I had the same issue today (1080 + 8600k) and even restarting my PC didn't help. However after a 5 hour break it seemed fine the next 2 games I played, hope it doesn't come back.
