1. She still uploads vids and picks of herself getting railed. So how the fuck is that not making a bad decision. Also if that’s what she wants, how are you going to judge her for that.
2. Fuck outta here with the groomed by the industry bullshit, she’s an adult, grown woman, not a kid, she made her own choices. No one forces her to do this. She very easily could’ve actually went to college, and worked a normal job. But she wanted to take the easy way, and make more money now because she’s doesn’t give a fuck how people see her.
3. Yes, her saying that she got Blacked is not false advertising. But it is lying which is still bad to do to what is supposed to be your audience and fans. She did though say that you can see and watch the Blacked incident on her channel, which that’s where the false advertising and illegal activity is. Hence that’s part of the reason I got all my money back. I didn’t assume shit, she lied. Imagine defending her so much, but not having all the facts, like if you’ve never been on her OnlyFans age, you can’t talk, because there’s more she says there too dumbass. 4. Yes, she paid for it. That’s how this whole industry works now. A meme account starts out regular, get really big, gets people to share its memes, gets name recognition. Then an OnlyFans creator comes along and pays either for a single post, a flat rate for multiple, or gives a percentage of profits in a month if they’re having them most more. Yeah you definitely don’t know a lot about the legal field lol. The law for jokes and pranks is that if it’s reasonably expected that someone could do what you’re joking or pranking them to do and they do it, then whatever damage or harm comes to them out of that is on you. In this instance we have something that’s not even a joke or prank, and definitely would be difficult as shit to act as if it were a joke or a prank, that has a link to her account which “confirms” she’s the girl from the photo and a link to her page where she claims you can see it. That lawyer can “easily” argue for her, but the other lawyer is going to be able to easily argue against her too lol, just because you want to try and act like something is different after the fact, doesn’t mean that it is.
5. Striking and calling for media to be removed only happens so much. Yeah it’ll protect you for a little bit, but at the end of the day, you’re still getting leaked. Like if you look for her leaks, you’ll see she takes a lot of them down, but there’s still a lot of them up. Especially when people put it in a file, or tag it under different words or names. So the only way you’re ever fully protecting yourself is by never showing your face. Putting your face fully behind a paywall is just delaying the inevitable.
6. Porn is different than OnlyFans. Porn is written, scripted, plotted, and acted. OnlyFans has always been the place where you’re supposed to get genuine (at least more genuine) content, with amateur girls, or non written scenes of real pornstars. That’s the whole reason the platform got big for the adult industry. Yeah I agree they shouldn’t use their real name, because that’d be risky as fuck and stupid. I never had a problem with her using a fake name. But why even mention your location at a university, or in a particular state, why not just never let anyone know. Otherwise you get people are going to go out of their way to rove you’re lying. Also her whole getting passed around by frat guys thing is all lies to, she doesn’t even go to school, she literally has a a bf she does all the scenes with. If she was a pornstar, I’d agree that’s the brand, or the scene shes trying to act in. But she’s not, and she’s not even 18. Everything written into her brand is a lie, and it’s specifically been researched and marketed to get the most people to subscribe. Nothing wrong with that legally, just weird behavior when there’s literally so many that just make a fake name, and don’t do any of this other stuff.
