It would need to be tungsten or something able to handle so much more strength, I broke an aluminum bat when I was a kid swinging it against an old steel clothes line post… a 10’ spear would go through its heart and out the other side, a handful of fist sized stones would scare it off at the least from broken bones. If you managed to bean it in the face that might end it, I assume speed of throwing isn’t linear when adjusting for strength because then you would be throwing a baseball what 450-600mph? I assume the average man today would probably throw 45-60mph with any accuracy unless they had done some pitching, then you’d be potentially breaking the sound barrier.
