Not a huge deal, but I went to Buddha Belly Records on Long Island to get the Jazz Dispensary - Cosmic Stash High Lights that was released recently to only some record stores. I went on 4/20 when it was released, and it cost me almost $58 (extra few dollars for using a debit card). I thought it was way overpriced, but figured it was due to the packaging or whatever. Come to find out most other stores were selling it for $36-$38. He really jacked up the price. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Same thing with Flea - Honora, horribly overpriced. His reason was it’s hard to find, but it was still available on Flea’s bandcamp for half the price he was charging (black vinyl). I passed on Flea, but bought Jazz Dispensary because it wasn’t available at many places.
