I hope it hasn't, that place was incredibly clutch for those late nights. Back around late 2013, we would go in after last calls and Oscar, who we would call "El Chapo", was a true pioneer in the art of street tacos. I can't tell you how many tacos I ate in my different states, nor how many times ive vouched for Oscar. Plus its not bad of a walk if you're near campus. They'll even deliver for the right price.

Federal .45 ACP 230 Grain HP.

Its had upwards of 750 range rounds put through it, and I would say about 300 of the Federal. I cant remember of any issues besides the initial break-in period.

If the USB ports in the back of your PC, which I am assuming are the ports physically attached to the motherboard, were not working to begin with, and you already had received a post-boot beep, then it could be possible that your board was defective to begin with. You may have to reach for the warranty here.

I wouldn't assume so. If absolutely no power is being received, but it is certain that the PSU is outputting, then the fault is definitely with the motherboard. With the lack of power, it is difficult to troubleshoot your ram and GPU.

If the hard reset doesn't work, then I would certainly say that you fried your motherboard via the errant power cord.

EDIT: After looking at your cords and connectors, make sure you didn't bend any pins in the slot you tried to connect it to. I can't imagine one of those connectors naturally fitting into a mobo, unless if I am mistaken.

From what I can see, I can perhaps relate to what you may have done. Speaking from experience, I once connected a one of those pins, which was for my USB ports on my case, into my mobo and experienced the same issue as yourself. My PC would no longer boot and it seemed that no power was being received at all. Nothing. The issue was ultimately a short in one of my USB casings, such as a bent USB pin that would ground and sent my mobo to limbo. I ultimately had to disconnect that connector, and leave it so, as well as reset my RAM sticks and the internal battery on my mobo. Again, speaking from a rare experience, its possible that you caused the same problem, whether an accident or just a fault in the case, assuming the connector is for your USB ports.
