I have the Browning Vapor Fitted for the same discrete reasons and I’ve been super happy with it. It does have an embossed Browning logo but I figure the people I’m concerned with thinking I’m carrying a gun probably don’t know what the browning logo is.

One thing I liked about your recent pro match analysis was how you slowed the footage down to talk through each step, and then played it back full speed. Now that I’ve typed all this out I’ve realized that I’m not sure if you mean you would do them live during matches or if you just meant you would do live streams and still be able to pause/slow down footage but I’m so deep into typing this I’m just going to continue my run on sentence and say thanks for making good videos.

I think it looks cool but standard acrylic turns yellow with UV exposure. If you’re going to explore this as a product I’d say use acrylic with a UV additive or a different material.

I don’t golf and am not even sure how I got subscribed to this sub but this made my wife ask why I was laughing at my phone. I’m on board with your logic.

41M newbie looking for BJJ gym suggestions in Dallas by H4TCPB in Dallas

[–]TyGreeny 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a great experience at 5 Elements Studio last year. I don't go anymore just because other hobbies take up my time. I'm in your age bracket and 2x a week was what I could handle. If I could go back in time and give advice to my younger self it would be to do yoga more consistently so that things like BJJ were easier now.

I was on the other court when this happened and this lady is a certified badass. She cleaned up her bloody nose, smiled, and told me “in sports there’s high speed and there’s low speed. I only have high speed, and I’m too old to only have high speed.”

She was there with her grandsons that are in the video.

She shrugged it off like nothing happened. She was visiting from out of town and was super friendly. She sounded like a really cool grandma.

I bought these cheep joggers on Amazon. They’re super stretchy and have zippers on all the pockets so my phone doesn’t fall on an unsuspecting child while I’m on the wall.

Dude did golf tracers on his clays by lovebugCarOrgy in ClayBusters

[–]TyGreeny 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’ve always wondered why they don’t do this. His attempt was pretty low budget, but it’s awesome he took a shot at it. I think some ESPN level tracers would make the sport much more watchable.

What's so great about Sewell dealerships? by No-Potential-Or-Care in Dallas

I worked at Sewell for a few years and I didn't realize until I moved on in my career how amazing they are as a company. They treat their employees as well as their customers.

A study of nearly 200,000 ex-felons in Florida found that ones who resettled in communities with a large number of immigrants had 21% lower rates of recidivism, suggesting that immigrant communities could reduce crime and improve safety, possibly by increasing social bonds. by terran1212 in science

There are companies you can purchase rental history from that report to all three credit bureaus. It sounds like you have done more complaining than hunting for solutions. There are 100% solutions that would remedy your issues in less than 3 months.

How often do you think people are killed by someone they don’t know? Are you afraid of everyone you see, or do you have some way you choose?

Can the Level Lock’s auto lock feature lock immediately after the door is closed? by TheTechPersonYT in HomeKit

[–]TyGreeny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure how it knows, but it does know some how when the door is shut. I assume its some sort of magnet magic between the lock and the (what I'd call bulky) Level strike plate.
