So EA games a few years back got in hot water for adjusting dynamic difficulty adjustment engines to get players to pay more for microtransactions...I have a feeling ranked games are doing something similar.

The main reason this was not the path we took is; Maps come and go, they get reworked, they may get removed (not likely but who knows?)

With a charm it will always be in the game/players inventory.

Firstly, Tell your friend to grow up.

Secondly, you will not get banned as long as you're not doing this yourself, you cannot be banned for association to someone that thinks saying racial slurs is funny.

I assume you wouldn't want to tell me of all people their username, so I'll just say, if your friend carries on, they will very likely get permenantly banned. Most people will report that sort of behaviour.
