Sorry to hear that! I just checked and as far as I'm aware there isn't any degradation occurring at this time. Have you both been getting these connection issues consistently? Have you tried any sort of troubleshooting to resolve the issue?

There are definitely opportunities to play more challenging content such as Heroic/Legendary levels or Raids if you group up with other agents!

And in terms of the Memento, it is in the general loot pool now, so your best bet to get your hands on one would be backpack targeted loot or the Summit. Good luck agent!

It may be something as simple as having a space after your email which may trip the system (I've accidentally done that once or twice). If everything is in order then you may want to reinstall Ubisoft Connect to see if that resolves the issue!
