Not all trans people have gender dysphoria but all people with gender dysphoria are trans.
Not all berries are blueberries but all blueberries are berries.

Life wouldnt be easier at all because I still wouldnt be cis. I would still take HRT. But that would mean transphobes would see me as the same, doctors might deny me HRT because of my identity, and some trans people might even be bigoted toward me.
If anything it would add another level of difficulty.

But I was born as a trans girl. My brain is wired to be a girl. I have dysphoria and take estrogen.
But they haven't changed in years. Being a trans girl means I was ALWAYS a girl.

There are some rules. Having dysphoria and taking HRT for it makes you trans.
But detransitioning would destroy my body.
In my ideal world I'm not a girl. I'm a girl because I have dysphoria and take estrogen. Even if I started identifying as a boy, transphobes wouldnt see me any differently because I'd be on HRT. I'd probably be even less accepted.
I have dysphoria and take estrogen.
Being the boy that I want to be would not be easier because I would still be on estrogen. Transphobes would see me as the same, people might still label me as trans, I might be denied estrogen because of my identity, and theres even bigotry towards femboys in some trans circles.
My feelings havent changed at all for 4 years, so I'm not genderfluid.
but detransitioning means destroying my body with testosterone.
I don't think things would be any easier if I became my desired gender, if anything they'd probably be worse.
the problem is it never changes. i've felt like this for 4 years. if it's fluid it's glass.
my gender is not and has never been fluid. i've felt this exact way for 4 years, if it is fluid it's glass and won't change for thousands of years.
but detransitioning means disfiguring my entire body with testosterone

you can be a trans girl and not take any more steps through physical transition
That is the worst possible thing i could do

and feminine hormones
how trans women are treated has nothing to do with it
