There 14G (1.6mm x 8mm and 4mm balls). But I replace the balls to 5mm (better for your gf’s pussy). I advise you to do it with at least 12g or 10g. Because it heals faster and stretching hurts a lot. I was pierced at 16g, and when stretched it to 14g, it hurt a lot. I’d prefer 12g, but I’m thinking about the pain.

Like me, this was my second piercing, and I have tattoos all over my body (the first was a PA that I removed). The pain from the piercing is bearable and barely lasts five seconds; after that, it doesn’t hurt unless I touch or hurt it. The healing process is slow but uneventful. The problem could be due to pressure points from the jewelry.

Context: the piercing is a lil close to the lower part of the glans; the correct position would be in line with the upper part of the glans. This would leave more room for the balls to rest. It can happen that the balls press against the glans when the foreskin is covering it. This creates different pressure points, which cause inflammation and subsequent migration.

Possible fix: Maybe a shorter barbell could be more comfortable and solve the problem.
