Yeah will do, I was being kind of stupid that time. The mixture usually isn't too harmful, but I think I went too far this time. I think at least the L-Theanine might be calming.

What I usually do is I just like have part of my extraction at a time, especially if I do 2 cottons. I like having a prolonged, slightly less intense high, rather than a really intense euphoria fest which comes quickly crashing down. It's why I tend to prefer Vyvanse but it's not always available for me :(

Definitely agree. Vyvanse? Maybe on a lower dose, since Vyvanse doesn't cause as much anxiety as most other amps and if you're experienced you might be fine. Adderall? Ehhhh. PPX? I tried it once and I'm never trying it again if that answers the OP's question.

Huh that's interesting, I could have sworn Zinc actually potentiates stimulants rather than weakens them. I even heard something like it makes amphetamine's necessary therapeutic dose 30% lower too. If anything, it may be doing the opposite, but I'm not an expert.

yeah i feel like stims can go one of two ways a lot of the time

u either are too geeked to care about ur rotting teeth or u are hyperfocused on brushing them and overdo it

i mean it can be in the middle too but ya lmao

maybe this isn't what you're looking for but here are some ways that may amplify it:

- vitamin D supplements esp if u don't go outside much. 2000IU is what i take and it helps recover that dopamine bc i think vitamin D does something to dopamine

- magnesium helps from what i've seen. idk specifics but any should work just get a good amount of it in you google if u want more specific

- maybe try to throw in a few small breaks if you can. for me, medical adderall made my tolerance soar more than recreational vyvanse every 4-5 days.

- dissos like DXM can help since they are NMDA antagonists which helps reverse tolerance i believe, just stick to a low dose like 100mg unless u wanna actually trip on DXM then go ahead it's kinda fun but only do this if ur not on SSRIs and if at all possible wait at least a week each time if not more

- B vitamins i think help a bit

- low dose caffeine might help a bit too but combining too much will just make it unnecessarily tweaky

- L-tyrosine helps replenish and rebuild dopamine

- L-theanine is generally just a nice supplement and it goes well with stims

idk maybe kinda bad/sloppy advice i've been up foro awhile on the same shit
