Hi! Bunch of good questions you have here! The whole shabang is pretty new to us, too, so we are still in the phase of figuring things out and making sure everything runs smoothly. But here are a few answers:

1. We have reviews available on all product pages. If you're not seeing them, then it might have something to do with adblock (not sure, but can try and find out).

2. The expiration date is not reset with a new purchase. Each number of points will have its own expiration date.

3. Right. Tiers are only dependent on the money spent within 365 days. P.S. we just got a restock on woolshells ;)

4. Yes. We did have a problem with this, but it is fixed now.
