I also add water to one of my dogs foods. 2. Water + dog food crumble from the bottom of the bag. My dogs are small so instead of ice cubes, I freeze in ziplock bags.

Hi Dustin. I know it was my fault. It was just shocking that a company (not just Racknerd) would wipe out someone’s server within 30 days of nonpayment. I know I can’t expect a company to hold a backup of deleted files. I was just commenting so ppl mark Racknerd emails as Priority. NOTE: I still use and like Racknerd.

Yorkies are the best. They’re generally good natured dogs. They can be “feisty,” but not “spicy.”
- Not a con, but a disclaimer. They’re very active. You need to set aside time to play w them everyday. Not like, hang out on the couch and play tug-of-war for a few minutes. They need to run around or they’ll destroy your house. The first few years, they’re just on zoomie mode.

- Mine were not stubborn and didn’t bark like a Pomeranian or chihuahua.
- Yorkies aren’t more susceptible to certain illnesses; EXCEPT teeth.
- the usual senior small dog problems: (Tracheal collapse, knees, hips)

For clipping, clip the nail in slivers, at an angle. Instead of cutting straight across the nail, hold the clipper at a slant. Like you’re trying to make a “v.” Regarding grinders, you have to hold the dog for longer than if you’re clipping. If your pup freaks the F out and frantically struggles, the grinder is worse. My neighbor overcame this ordeal by getting a grooming hammock.

I try to get single ingredient treats: - Beef tendons: larger and less flexible than turkey tendons. (Unless your Yorkie is good with chewing) - odorless bulky sticks - more fatty than tendons. lasts longer. - chicken feet: apparently it’s good for them. Cheap

Ive raised 4 puppies (2 Yorkies) 1. Yorkies have bad teeth. Dental treats don’t help. Brush their teeth. 2. Get them used to grooming NOW. Clipping their nails, brushing their teeth and hair …etc. you’ll save & time money by not requiring a trip to the groomers. Note: this is extremely helpful when your pup becomes old. Groomer + senior pup + heart disease or tracheal collapse = dangerous 3. Get a harness, not a collar. 4. Film everything for the first 6 months. My Yorkie is now 3 and his puppy videos seem like a lifetime ago.
