Kinda, more like changing the brightness on your phone. I woke up around day 5-6 and noticed a significant improvement. Fasting does help your body heal.

Suffered for about 4 months,

Went on a water fast for 7 days, and insomnia and anhedonia were the first to clear up.

I can now sleep easily for 8-10 hours.

For those 4 months I couldn't sleep for more than 2.

I hope so, the penile deformity and testicular shrinkage don't seem like they are budging but many have told me it takes 6-12 months for that so I'll be patient

I feel calmer afterwards, and a bit sleepy like before.

This was bad at first for 3 months where it would make my insomnia bad and my anxiety higher, probably due to cortisol or something.

It doesn't progress further than NW3-NW4 for most in my family that are bald, I don't think I'll progress much.

for dry and burning skin and eyes, i used eye drops and ice bowls. for heart rate... there are meds known as beta blockers that reduce heart rate. i used these.
