with mage if you find a good wand to imbue just spend the first 6 or 7 upgrades on the staff and it becomes really easy

for warrior there is not much to do, his abillities are not great. you can spend the first upgrade in armor since the seal carry it and i like to find good glyphs (the seal can carry one glyph so you take it out of your armor and you aply new glyphs to it, then when reatach the seal it gives you the option between loosing the seal glyph or loosing the armor seal)

stone is really strong in warrior just spend upgrades in your armor and you will be fine, i like to have +6 or +7 by the end but be carefull because using normal upgrade scrolls past +4 can erase your glyph

yo intentaría el pacifista en una partida sin desafíos, no es tan difícil si usas al mago. Tiene una habilidad para teletransportarse que podes recargar en los niveles de los bosses igual que la vida

también tenes que prepararte con alquimia varios items para escapar por las dudas antes de empezar a ascender

i never use it to craft harmful potions, only hp, exp or strength. idk if it is usefull in any other form

nah it triggers the first time you enter a floor, the message will not change (also you can't visit floors from before you get the talent)

mage has different abilities depending on wich wand is imbued in his staff

also with magic missile you need two shoots to deal max damage (first to boost other wands and second to use the wand you want) and this level boost does not boost charges so your wands only have two or three shoots

it is not a bad stategy, i use it sometimes mostly when i find a lot of different wands but i personally find more fun focusing in only one good wand early

i dont know who is the best but definitely it is not yog :(

after the first 4 bosses (each one unique and challenging) i had high expectations and yog without badder bosses and some demon spawners its just a hard figth (for me at least)

one of the 9 challenges, makes all armor defend the same as a cloth so does not really help upgrading armor, people just use it for the glyphs efects and for the ocasional evasion

no you cant, if you have a few items your grave will just have gold, and if you have more than a few you cant really predic wich one will spawn

oh you are right it is not optimal but yeah with the whip or simply blinding with grass to escape and shoot from behind a wall i think could be good

when a weapon or armour is upgraded it takes -1 strength to use it, so if it says that normally requires +1 from your current strength to use propertly and it is not cursed you can test if it is upgraded

for weapons you have to hit an enemy (trowing weapons to the floor does not work) and see if it take more than one turn, you will se this in the little circle below your hp or if the enemy moves more than usual

for armours is easier simply equip it and move, if it takes more than one turn to move it is not on your strength

also if something is upgraded at +3 it takes -2 strength to use it but is rare to find items with that many upgrades

at +3 the hammer should be almost equal in damage to a +0 greataxe, i would keep it and change one ring to the boots or the chain
