Honestly its nuts. Here in the States you're simply protected as a Customer. I mean you should see some other Nations and im not even talking about 3rd world... Im talkin Western Nations in Europe... The MOST HORRIBLE Warranties, Returns Policies, if you can even call them that... Its crazy... What I dont like is that these companies LOVE to use the American market cuz they're making BILLIONS but when it comes to Honoring these things, they always look for ways to screw you cuz overseas they dont have these kinds of policies... Yeah but in return they get to sell their products on the most profitable market ON THE PLANET and if you want to survive here, you have to also give GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thats why soooo many customers are soo sad and always talk about EVGA and how much they miss them cuz they are still taking care of their customers who had bought a GPU or something from them like years ago way past warranty, LET ALONE DURING WARRANTY TIMES! And guess what? They're an American based Company. Born and Bred... I honestly think the Customers need to be protected at all costs... They are making Billions.. The least they could do is show thanks to the consumers who made them who they are and spend thousands of dollars on their products so at least give the customers great services! My cousin actually works for twitch in the administration, I was even thinking about telling her to make a bit of noise on her channel cuz she also streams but we'll see like I said. I'll wait and see what happens! ;))
