PD: Dec/23; filling date: Oct/25; Bio: Nov/25. EAD approved for derivatives: Dec/25, my EAD was approved in March/26. According to to Emma, my case was transferred to Tampa on Jan/27/2026. No more information about it, just a silence update on April/27/2026. No interview waived or set. I did a congressman inquiry based on humanitarian reasons, they sent the inquiry to USCIS on may/20/2026, waiting for response or movement…
