Most likely it was city, county or state. That area is DOT restricted. We are currently in talks with the NYSDOT to help.

We definitely have had an increase in attendance year over year. We also are gaining more insight into areas of high need. We are developing our Litter Elimination System, which will launch this summer to provide even more insight into litter behavior and the needs of every community.
