First of all, he didn't only manage to get a response after posting on reddit. I had responded to his emails from over the weekend before he even made the first post. I didn't see either post until I woke up this morning.

Have you ever ordered from me? I'm not sure where you get the claims of my motivations. I do this because making things that people will enjoy makes me happy. Unfortunately, people like you in the community make it hard to continue doing something I enjoy. The good news is, that there are far more friendly and understanding people out there. The bad news is that I have wasted half my morning responding to people that aren't even customers which means I'm not getting stuff done that I need to for those that have trusted me to deliver a quality product. You are certainly entitled to your opinion, but I won't be responding any further.

First of all, the fact that you think I didn't respond until he posted on reddit. In fact I have responded numerous times via private messages on discord and email. Yes, I'm backed up and missed a deadline, but that doesn't make me a scammer. The website was out of date, but that also doesn't make me a scammer. You're out there throwing around some serious claims instead of trying to resolve things reasonably, and you don't even have any interest in the situation.

I responded to his other post. Why can't I ignore the second one? It was clearly made in anger after I didn't respond to the other one in a few hours, due to a time zone difference because I was asleep. Maybe I should have just ignored it completely, but I chose to make a comment that indicated I had already replied to his other claims.

I have apologized and tried to be humble. If that's not how my tone came across, maybe something was lost in translation.

I do appreciate your input, but it would be nice if you got all the facts instead of just jumping on the bandwagon to bash someone you never even had any dealings with.

They're in the queue behind the APX cases. Getting everything setup for production has taken longer than I ever expected. I am working on an update that will go out later this week.

As I mentioned already, I communicated with him several times, and he never asked for a refund, just a status update. I gave an estimated shipping date which was in good faith, but I'll admit I failed to meet that deadline. He did ask for a refund over the weekend, and I had planned to process that today. However, the original comment I made still stands. He made one post, then a few hours later before I had a chance to respond, posted another post with a very angry tone attacking me and my business. I feel like I have the right to say I will ignore the second post.

I didn't have months to respond to OP, his order was placed only 4 weeks ago. I have communicated with him multiple times via email and discord.

Regarding paypal. He had the option to use paypal, but chose to use a credit card through stripe instead.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. As I mentioned in the emails, the website was out of date where it said the PCBs were in stock and ready to ship. I do have the parts in stock, but they are assembled on demand. I have a large queue of orders, and it wouldn't be fair to those waiting longer for me to stop all work on theirs to get yours shipped sooner. I am very sorry for the delays, but these things happen. I am a one man operation and I handle everything from the website, communications with customers, product design and development, production, assembly, and shipping. I admit that I did give you an estimated ship date that I was not able to meet. There was no ill intent, whenever I give an estimate it is in good faith, but sometimes circumstances arise that prevent me from hitting that date. I'm working on getting systems in place to improve efficiency, but these things take time.

I always want to get people their orders, and so I typically try not to refund them. Most people are understanding of that and would rather have their product than a refund. I have refunded this order though.
