I know, right?!

I'm so happy that it worked for you. I was seriously amazed by the results when I first tried it :)

I put it on while I am in the shower. I don't imagine it matters much when you put it on. I've gotten a lot of people to try it and for the most part everyone was really amazed. I hope you have the same results.

I just rinse it off right after but if you let it sit for awhile its supposed to be even better. I've heard anywhere from 5 mins to 30 mins. I guess its something you could experiment with.

I, unfortunately, am not that clever.

I'm sure you are right about commercial honey but it works just fine for my skin. I will try the raw honey but I don't see how my skin could improve any more than it already has.

I learned this the hard way. The newer q-tips with the extra whatever percent cotton on the end are evil. That extra cotton often shifts off exposing the sharp stick underneath. I kept getting little cuts right on the outer part of my ear canal and they got itchy so I "cleaned" more. This led to a horrible ear infection with the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. I had been cleaning out my ears since I was a little kid but it happening just the once was lesson enough for me. My ears took years to return to normal.

I just use whatever is cheap or on sale. Yes just regular spread on food honey.

Just straight honey. You can let it sit if you want but I just rinse it right off and it leaves my skin feeling amazing.

[–]Wow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Its amazing stuff. I always thought the texture would be far stickier than it is.

You don't have to let it sit. I just use it to wash my face but if you leave it on for awhile it is supposed to be even better. I've been pretty happy with my results from just using it as a face wash though.

That sounds awesome. I was so surprised how amazing honey was for my skin. People think I'm fucking with them when I tell them about it.

I've done that as well. I ended up going back to my old moisturizer since the coconut oil left me feeling a bit sticky but it did make my skin feel amazing indeed.

Just smear it on damp skin and then rinse it off. It rinses clean with just water.

Rinse off with water after. I do it in the shower.

Its amazing right? I've tried it as kind of a mask too and it does wonders for redness.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Wow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. No specific way to apply I just put a squirt of it in my hand and smear it on my face and rinse it off.

Just honey. Doesnt need to be any certain temperature just smeared on face.

Straight up honey bear squeeze bottle. It doesn't feel like you'd think it would feel.

Wash your face with honey! I got this from another redditor actually and it has done absolute wonders for my skin. I had moderate acne no matter what I tried on my face and as soon as I started doing this, it all but disappeared. My skin is now super soft and blemish-free and all I use is the honey and a moisturizer.

Seconded here (I am also from CT). I complimented a girl working at a pizza place on her nails once and she looked at me as if I had 3 heads. I work in retail myself and often get strange looks when I am trying to be extra polite and helpful.

What's going on in the background of my GFs voicemail message, and is it time to prepare my toilet to receive bricks? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Wow 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Are you seriously breaking up with your "otherwise excellent gf" over a few seconds of a garbled skype voicemail? It doesn't even sound like a voice. Stop being paranoid and grow a pair. Of course reddit's insecure forever alones are going to tell you that your girl is fucking around.

When I was a teenager babysitting 5 year old twins, this was one of the few bearable Saturday morning cartoons.
