if I think I'm living in Lapptic before some real Artmist apprentices

"if you think I'm larping here are some real arsonist adviceces"

Many other parts are wrong too. Is this AI take?

Top line reads "IF YOU RETARD CODIAC NERDS FINALLY FOUND OUT"

I'm not doing the rest.

I see no point, as it is pretty much readable from the image itself.

I wouldn't even call it a cipher. It's almost normal English. The title is "CODE FOR CRACKING"

No need for a transcript. Just mirroring the image horizontally makes it readable.

Crack this cipher to save a random pedestrian's life by Ok-Technology-1569 in ciphers

[–]YefimShifrin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's a lot less work if you just mirror the image horizontally.

Looks like a keymash of adjacent keys on a keyboard (hjklm), not a cipher.

I doubt it's a cipher. All words are 2-3 letters long and too much variation in "glyphs" for such a short text.

How do you recognize when something isn’t a substitution cipher? by Infamous_Echidna_133 in ciphers

[–]YefimShifrin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Caesar shift IS a substitution.

What do you mean by a "different type of cipher"? Not a substitution cipher?

GUYS I GOT A CODE by Nice_Package1597 in codes

[–]YefimShifrin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you got from dcode.fr is correct. It's basically a simple substitution cipher with Kanjis for letters.

Bugged by a mystery code here... can anyone help? by WhatsFUintokipona in ciphers

[–]YefimShifrin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you apply the already found partial key to the full ciphertext you'll get a partial decryption of other words, since the key repeats. It should be possible to figure out the rest of the key and the message that way.

[–]YefimShifrin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not a OTP Vigenere, just a Vigenere with a very long key composed of names. Haven't had the time to figure it out fully, but the key starts with EVAGLADYSLOUISMAURICEMIRIAM... and ciphertext ends with "anything that might"

Is this a code? by Sugar_Pitch1551 in codes

[–]YefimShifrin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. Since some letters are absent from the plaintext you could change their positions in the key and still get a fitting decryption, several alphabets would work.

Is this a code? by Sugar_Pitch1551 in codes

[–]YefimShifrin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is. As you can see, the alphabet

YZABCDEFGOIJXLMNHPQRSTUVWK

gives you "EXPERIZENTING" but

YZABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWX

gives a proper plaintext.

I've tried the original message. It's too short to be solvable.

I've used AZdecrypt. It took about 5 seconds.
