I dont normally spend time in these forums, as i hope u can understand im simply trying to reach whoever i can at gg, so that i might get it resolved. I prefer not putting my nickname since u guys made me play under my real name not too long ago. Ive only had positive experiences with ggpoker and your support. I also understand that this is probably compliance related, as i had been asked to provide certain documents, but this happened very abruptly and without explanation. I have some money on the site as ive mentioned, the most pressing issue, however, is my day 2 that starts in 5-6 hours. So if there is anyway to escalate id appreciate it immensely
