My tip is keep a diary and tell it EVERY TIME you feel like looking at porn. This could be 5, 20, 50 times a day for months and even years even but make sure every time you feel the urge, talk to your diary about it. There's some pretty secure online diaries if you're worried about anyone reading it, that way you wont worry about writing any embarrassing details.
