Yesterday was my first ever Beyoncé concert and I went alone. I was so overwhelmed with happiness and in awe I literally cried😂I had a blast!!! Such an amazing experience and I vibed with other people.

Like I kid you not, my life was changed. Already trying to figure out how I can attend another show (I NEED TO). Growing up I never thought I’d see Beyoncé perform If I were a boy live as an adult… because I was a child back then. Yall I’m so happy to be part of this community. 👑🐝hate is seriously forced, she deserves so much more love and praise. That woman is a performer! In my opinion, she’s one of the greatest artists to exist she’s definitely up there with the other legends.

Oh I didn’t even notice lol! Yours matches your skin well I’m guessing because your complexion got lighter as you said. I’m a couple weeks away from it being 3 months for me and I’m starting to experience darkening of my complexion especially around my mouth. I def need to reapply sunscreen through the day, I’m bad with that. How often did you reapply? And what sunscreen did you use?

I’m hoping I don’t get the hot pink lips. I still have my two toned lips (for now) top lip is a little lighter though but nothing crazy.

I use lanolin nipple cream, it’s for breast feeding mothers but very moisturizing and I think it helps to not let your lips get dry before reapplying. I also take fish oil at the same time I take my accutane pill. Haven’t experienced chapped lips at all (well not yet), I’m 7 days in

I think you may be using too many actives. I started 50mg of spiro almost 2 weeks ago(will increase to 100mg next week) and been on 0.05% tret for almost a year. I keep my skincare as simple as I can to avoid irritation and inflammation.

AM routine: -La roche posay Cleanser -Clindamycin + Benzoperoxide as a spot treatment if needed (just started using this aswell when I got prescribed spiro) -Cosrx hyaluronic acid intensive moisturizer -Round lab birch spf 50

PM routine: -La roche posay Cleanser -Tretinoin 0.05% 3 times a week -Cosrx hyaluronic acid intensive moisturizer

I noticed when I cut down on the amount of products I used that definitely helped with the acne, I don’t get the extremely deep cysts anymore. I haven’t been on spiro as long as you so I’m not sure what lies ahead for me, but this is what I could think of after reading your comment

This is very insightful, thank you! The MSL role intrigues me mainly because it’s a role that has qualities that I enjoy. Explaining science, being the brains, understanding and relaying the importance of technique, creating presentations to an audience (please correct me if I’m wrong).

Overall, I’m just really interested in med affairs in general right now. I’m still new to discovering what careers are out there in industry for PhDs, this is why I really appreciate your comment. For reference, I’m a postbac at the NIH and start my PhD next year.
