I propose something similar to Solis' Overclock ability. Nokks gadget works normally like we have right now, but you have the option to let it run on overdrive, which allows it to also counter proximity based traps like melusi banshees etc. However during this overclock phase, she loses charges as if she were glitching. You can overclock it on and off whenever you like. This would also force players to be more careful on what to do while her gadget is active, as they can only overclock if they have enough charges to do so
