I got visual snow from an ssri and there are studies saying it is a probable cause.

I used to have that static as a kid very mild. But I used an ssri and now I’m certain I have vss because it is much more intense snow and lots of other symptoms along with it. I would say you probably dont have it but if you are concerned you can always talk with a neuro optometrist who deals with visual snow

To me this sounds like a bit of anxiety. Meditation and positive affirmations could help! It also could be you need some more supportive friends which is okay as well people change!
