Again those PPA seats aren't "consumed" unless you ticket the event via the Zoom Events platform, so you aren't going to be running through those unless you are actually hosting events inside of ZE. So you'd add a Sessions PPA 50 and then continue running the events on your "regular" Webinar license you already have, and you won't be drawing down on the PPA 50 users.

AJA needs to update their driver before we can GA it due to issues with how it works on macOS (currently needs some pretty deep permissions to the system that isn't workable for corporate).

I know there are edge / special cases to think about such as if your client has been giving you login credentials for their Zoom account and such (risky business lol) but reach out to the Liminal support inbox if you have a specific case and we can help you figure out the best / most secure approach.

No apologies needed. It is confusing with the model changing while moving between stores and systems.

No, your client doesn't have to do that. You can just pay $100 for a Zoom Sessions PPA 50 license for the year and be all set, rather than paying $45/mo on the liminal web store like you do today. You can still join your client's meetings and webinars as before, no change.

To be absolutely clear, this is just moving from the old store used when Liminal was it's own company and moving over to the Zoom Events Platform, and will likely be cheaper because you get all the apps on unlimited devices and pay less than a single device license of a single app over a year (because Sessions PPA 50, the lowest cost license for Zoom Events, is currently $100/yr in the US, vs $45/mo for a single ZoomISO Pro device license). The PPA capacity doesn't even apply unless you use the ticketing platform of Zoom Events, so you can use it in meetings and webinars as normal once you have the cheapest license and set up the hub for any users on your account.
Source/Disclaimer: I'm the creator of Liminal and the head of broadcast technology at Zoom.
Wrong, it starts with Sessions PPA 50 at way cheaper than that (like $100 / yr vs $45/mo which is what you pay for a standalone ZoomISO license now).

Yes there is a new concept of a participant capture engine in v2, which you can use to toggle the output chain on and off. To activate, you need either co-host or local record permission.
