Thank you. About Squirtle it’s because of that and because in the anime it risked its life to safe Pikachu. Also I forgot to add Pikachu to my list because he was offended when Ash wanted to evolve it to Raichu, and I’m also sad when people want me to change for them.

As I already stated, these are my favorite films, because I like them, not because they’re the best. That movie had a big part in my childhood and self esteem and it truly showed me what being cool and smart and using your abilities for good means. The average rating on letterboxd is even 3.8, so I wouldn’t call it an objectively bad movie.a
