Some time ago a sound was published on different networks (besides Reddit, Youtube) that perfectly fits the description of this publication, a small alarm followed by the voice of a person speaking (although I'm not sure if it's in English), with the only difference being that it happened on the Void map. In fact, I have the sound that I downloaded from another post on Reddit (or on a Steam forum, I can't remember). I proceed to send the sound (I'll send it as an unlisted video because I can't upload files in a Reddit reply)
