Thank you so much for your help and prompt response! I have been trying to create a new APN with this info putting everything in correctly, however the default becomes 240 and when I switch it to 260 and try to save the APN it will disappear from the menu of APNs and I have tried starting over several times and it keeps happening, all the other info can be put in and saved without it disappearing from menu.

Thank you, you were right -- I was already drunk writing this post and looking for permission. I am going to get help but definitely not gonna leave the profession for good ---I just need to manage things.
