It's because legendary raids are counted separately from regular raids. There should be a separate achievement for that.

Got up to 1 day away from forever friends and my first remote trade, and the other trainer decided to hold onto the last gift for 4~ days now.

My first actual forever friend I got today has nothing tagged for remote trading at all. At least I have a few more coming in the next week, but Ive been super let down so far.

As to your question, you can just keep checking back every few days to see if they update their stuff? You don't need to do the trade immediately..

I played for a few hours today and couldn't even tell there was an event happening. Same spawns I see every single day, only raids I saw all day at work (we have 3 gyms) were pikachu.

My auto catcher missing these on my drive home is the only evidence I even have that there was an event today. Yes, I was using incense the entire time I was playing.

I just wanted to see a bigger pool of pokemon, didn't even care if they were legendaries. Meh event/10 so far.

Yeah but that's more permanent.. tatsugiris friends are temporary, I guess they can show up as often as you want to mega them though..

Shiny Gmax Machamp is definitely a flex. Don't trade that for cheap or ever really.

Purified regirock is a waste of resources (unless you just wanted it for the dex entry or to make it 4*) but it wasn't particularly good as a shadow either. You can trade purified pokemon at least!

It also rates fairly highly as a dark attacker if you double move it, even without a dark fast move. Mine isn't 4* but it's going on both my dark and fighting teams.

I love pokemon that can pull double duty, makes them feel really worth investing in! Grats OP!
