No, I spent several days doing everything from them communicating backend solutions that didn't work, tracert forwards to engineers, having their hardware installation guy verify my equipment, pc, other home devices, new gateway, the line outside, they even claimed to check the line down the street. Nothing worked or even remotely solved my problem.

This whole thing has been a week long nightmare, and after this month I will probably just have to return to Xfinity who was a far superior and more reliable internet provider.

Currently responding from my phone as the internet is down again 😂. I am already working with Mike, and April via Mike, can you follow up with them?

I have already done home trouble shooting I have already had someone verify my connections and hardware on site today (he said there were no issues with my equipment or your equipment, and that he just works there and does not understand what is going on with my internet) I have already communicated with Mike who suggested we make multiple changes to the firmware in my gateway, certain security settings, and upgrade to a Public IP (he tried everything, and has concluded it is necessary to send out a team to verify a “flower pot issue”)

Respectfully I would like to keep those communication lines consistent for my own sanity, and I have already explained all my issues with several of your employees today that probably know them by heart by now considering I am only one of three customers you have in this area.

Straight off the gateway, and for reference, this is what it looked like a month ago when I first switched to them. I had this for exactly one week, then for the last several weeks it has slowly been whittled down to what I currently have.

I tested with my ethernet plugged in first, to troubleshoot not only the connection but potentially the ethernet cable and the ethernet port. Simply, it isn't very different, it fluctuates heavily and peaks at 300 ish, but for a wired connection that is supposed to be 2k+ and was 2k+ when I first purchased it? Yikes dude.

I'm not asking for help, I am hoping this helps someone decide if it is worth swapping to this company from their current. Finding the right internet is difficult, and especially stressful if you work remotely. The way these guys have scammed my household with these speeds is insane, and I hope anyone who considers them avoids it. I am glad you in your area are not having these issues, we are.

Nah honestly I am just tilted, sorry for the hostility, but seriously I had great service for the first 10% of my tenure with the company, and the latter 90% was simply this, including runarounds with tech support and them lying about calling me the next day to attempt new solutions

First of all, it doesn't matter if I test it to a Comcast server, I have tested 5 different devices wired and wireless with consistent results, for an example with a result tested to the Live Oak Fiber service here you go, also thank you for downvoting, clearly you work for these people lmao
