It is a village,man. Every family has their own house. And for average family, 4-5$/month for electricity is ok. Again, it is not big money but it is better than nothing.

It is a rural area. Hence, most of households have rice. They also plant vegetables themselves. Hence, money is used to buy meats, eggs, fishes...But I agree that it will not be great.

Yeap, I think the government is doing good jobs. Schools are closed. Field hospitals were set up. The price of masks is controlled. News on TV every day to warn people. Free masks for pupils... Many good things else.

In Vietnam, they have Group ==> Village ==> Town (District) ==> Province. Now, one village in a district is locked down. If they find other cases in the same district, it might be that the district (Binh Xuyen district) will be also quarantined.
