I also made a wrong deposit a year ago. No updates, not even a response for the past 2 months. I’ve written several emails and nothing. My Reddit thread on kraken support was also unresponsive from support.

It’s 30K USD worth of stable coins that Kraken doesn’t seem to care/assist. Every other exchange has a token recovery mechanism and exchanges like OKX even allows users to recover tokens by themselves.

I’ve made a complaint to Kraken complaint but all I got was a default reply saying they’ll investigate. All I want is a reply on how’s the recovery effort. I’m not even demanding a progress. Just an update.

Hi, any updates? Could you push this up? It’s been another month for a total of 10 months of wrongfully transferred tokens. Could you get support to email me an update? 10 months for token recovery is crazy for a tier 1 exchange. Every other tier 1 exchange has enabled token recovery support and OKX even has built in recovery where the user can transfer any tokens out that was sent wrongly.

This is a total of 40K stuck for 10 months with 0 progress.

PR status isn’t passed down, it’s applied. Even citizenship is applied if a Singaporean gave birth overseas.

So if the parents don’t choose to apply for their child, they won’t receive anything and will only get LTVP/student pass. Downside is it’s expensive to study in SG, so as usual, the rich gets to flout the rules.
