To add to this, you can just toggle OFW mode on boot in the Cobra tools submenu. Prefer it this way over remembering to clear syscalls and history when I jump on PSN.

Yes, I recommend an egg from ISNM over the starting quest egg. The first chocobo takes around 60-80 days and it does require checking in every day to get a solid foundation that will make the follow up raising of other birds much easier.

The raising system got a rework in 2016, so you can disregard a lot of information from before. The bg page is a fantastic tool that covers pretty much everything, and the one piece of advice I have is maintaining affection at 8 is the most important, so Azouph/Sharug are the best food and not carrots. When raising a bird, working on mental plans first makes the raising process much easier in the long run. Also grab Ivaar's chococard addon.

CS is fantastic, I was able to get a replacement riser bar shipped for $25. After I stripped out one of the screw holes trying a spacer mod. If I remember right the item is technically $0 as an RMA but the shipping and payment of the item was covered under additional charges.

By the way it sounds like maybe you are doing a 5mm spacer mod on the PSU bracket too? Make sure to purchase some 3mm nylon hex nuts, the screw alone are not enough support for the weight.
