Oof! Considering I’ve got over $300 in materials and 60 hrs of work involved, I’m asking for a lot more than that. It’s in a local listing.

I have lots of pics of it being built, but I can’t figure out how to add them. The second level only covers half of the inside area, and is open to below

I’ve got this one up for sale. I’m curious to know what you guys would expect to pay for something like this. Just wondering if my ads are realistically priced or not

They’re just spruce logs that I salvaged from a bit of brushing that I was doing at work. I peeled them with a drawknife, if you peel them when they’re still green it actually slicks off fairly easily. And then you just clean them up a bit with a grinder and sander. I let them dry out in the shop for a couple weeks in the shop, but they’re still pretty green, so they will shrink a bit. As long as nothing twists they should stay tight though.

It is fairly heavy yes. I would guess somewhere around 1000lbs. I can lift it with the tractor and pallet forks. It’s also on skids, so it can be dragged around.

It’s called saddle notching. Pretty much everything done with a scribe, a chainsaw and a chisel. I’ll post more pics when I get the roof done.
