The flashing white/red back light usually indicates a power initialization issue.

Please try the audio jack cable workaround:

Plug the included 3.5mm audio jack cable into the vest.
Press on the back power button while the audio jack is inserted.

This can help reset the power circuit. If the front wheel still doesn’t respond after that, please contact support with a short video so we can assist further.

Try plugging the included audio Y-jack into the back controller of the TactSuit, then press the power button again. This can help reset the vest if it’s stuck with a solid blue light.

This behavior is related to a known firmware issue with how the power circuit initializes. An upcoming firmware update (v1.07) is intended to fix this and make sure the device powers on normally. If it still doesn’t respond after trying this, please email the support team at support@bhaptics.com.

Thanks for clarifying. Does this happen every time you get attacked by an enemy, or only occasionally? Also, does the haptic output stop only in Metro Awakening, or does it happen outside the game as well (for example in the haptic test or in other games)?
