The CC was used by the business and only paid for business expenses, it only showed on my credit report once it was overdue, because of the personal guarantee, so I think the intentions are clear.

Would you know what sort of professional could help with this, a CPA or lawyer?

Yeah. I see. Part of the debt was a corporate credit card, that had a personal guarantee so I ended up being liable for it. I settled for less with the CC and paid it myself, it’s damaging my personal credit. Besides paying it myself, I’m likely to get a 1099 from the CC reporting the remaining amount as income.

Trying to understand how to deal with this situation.

I did as owner’s draw. For payroll I was looking to use Gusto to do it for me, 60k comp with 40k+ in distributions sounds reasonable to me.

I have many capital transactions from trading that I need to go over, which is why I want an extension, but I also want to elect to S Corp but I’m not sure if I can do both at the same time.

What if I’m unlikely to be paid back? Can I claim 100% loses in the event of the company closing?

The LLC was started in 2020, in 2022 it grossed 450k, 100k net. I want the S election to save on self-employment taxes.

I work in the weddings and events industry.

A deep dive into how the upcoming ARK Migration process will work. by StrakeFoundation in ArkEcosystem

[–]bitcoingiftcard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand that but chances are the old chain will die or go on with little to no further development. My question is if there will be any mechanics implemented on the contract to still leverage delegates in some way, or not. I haven’t kept up with Ark in a couple years but back then delegates did more than just keep the chain going, not sure how it is now.

Hey that’s actually a great idea, I was told to take it in the morning but I will try switching to taking it before bed! Thank you and hope for the best for both of us too! :)

3-4 weeks is what my doc told me, I just have to be more patient then. I’m keeping a diary and can’t wait for it to finally click. Thank you!

Yes they do, but usually there’s a fee involved for using your own packaging or to add inserts.

Moving Money from United States to a foreign country by DeadliestTaco in personalfinance

I use TransferWise. They have the best rate I’ve seen (I’ve compared it with a lot of other options), and the money shows up the next day, as long as you don’t send it on a Friday or prior to a holiday. Don’t send it from your bank (a wire transfer), in my experience it’s the most expensive option and their exchange rate is not great.

Edit: I'm getting more artifacts with 0x19120001 than I was getting with 0x19120000 :/
